A more personal way to find your fit
This year, we’re pairing the fair with the BASES Talent Network to help students discover companies that match their skills and interests.
Tell us what you’re excited about, the kind of role you’re looking for, and what your ideal startup would look like. We’ll use that information to help point you toward teams worth meeting, including companies you might not have found on your own.
BASES Talent Network
Sign in with Stanford, add your resume and what you’re looking for. Hidden from companies until you choose otherwise.
Build your profileWhat to expect
Conversations with startup teams
Meet founders, engineers, and recruiters and learn about the problems they're working on.
Internships and full-time opportunities
Explore roles in software engineering, applied AI, research, robotics, and other areas across the participating companies.
Connections based on your interests
Discover teams whose work and open roles align with what you want to do.
A closer look at startup life
Ask about day-to-day work, team culture, mentorship, and the responsibilities you could take on.
Who should come?
The fair is open to all Stanford students, including undergraduates, master’s students, and PhD students across majors.
Come if you’re actively recruiting, exploring a new field, or simply want to understand what opportunities exist. You don’t need to have your career plans figured out to start meeting people.
Before you arrive
Think about the kinds of problems you enjoy solving and the work you’d like to try next. Have your resume, portfolio, GitHub, or a project you’re proud of ready to share, and bring questions for the teams you want to meet.
